Cancellation Policy
Brow Doula Policy
I know life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans need to shift. To honor both your time and mine, I kindly ask for 48 hours’ notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This helps me keep the schedule flowing and make space for other clients in need.
If a cancellation or reschedule happens within 48 hours, a 30% fee will apply. For same-day cancellations or no-shows, the full service amount will be charged.
